Please notice: The experience of fountain pen ink depends heavily on the context. The type of the fountain pen, size of the nib, quality of the paper, writing style, and even the environment’s temperature and humidity may all strongly influence the ultimate experience of a fountain pen ink.
This water-based ink provides the best possible ink flow in various fountain pens. However, we recommend that you shake the ink bottle before filling up the fountain pen because of the used colors’ intensity.

The Berlin Notebook Green No.3 fountain pen ink is a little bit special, and deserves a 5 Star rating.
It writes beautifully with both my fine and medium nibs on just about any paper, but especially on Berlin Notebooks’ own recycled paper.
It really makes your writing stand out from the page, and both writers and artists will fall in love with the gorgeous, deep emerald green colour.
Say hello to your new favourite fountain pen ink.

Berlin Notebook Green No. 3 is one of my favourite inks (second only to Blue No. 1!). The deep green is lovely and, like all Berlin Notebook inks, has a lot of character. It behaves well with fine and medium nibs but shines out with “wetter” pens. It works fantastically with Berlin Notebook’s recycled paper, but it will also look good on any other paper that can support fountain pen ink. Unlike Blue No. 1, the colour behaves consistently across different instruments but retains its character.
